COMPLIANCE CLAUSE

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. Where the user acts as a consumer, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence, and no alternative jurisdiction may be imposed.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns Consumers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification and without penalty, in accordance with Articles 102 et seq. of RLD 1/2007. This right applies to all products, with no exceptions other than those legally provided for in Article 103 (custom-made goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, etc.).
