Returns can be easily processed using our platform Reveni. Just use the following link: https://returns.reveni.io/scuffers and log-in using the order number (starts with a 4 or a 3 and has 6 digits) and the email you used to order.

Yes, if you want to return or exchange an item you will unfortunately have to pay for shipping. We are working to improve this.

If you introduced the correct delivery address the order will arrive promptly. However, if you need a confirmation email or you are just worried because your order is taking too long please get back to us. Don’t forget to include your full name, phone number, address and order number (if you have it!) in your email - this will allow us to find your order and correct any mistakes.
If your order has been prepared there is unfortunately nothing we can do about it. Otherwise, please check your tracking email, from there you can change the address yourself.
In case the address cannot be changed we recommend that you notify the person in the wrong address to reject the delivery. This will return your products to us and we will issue an automatic refund.
We are going to do the draw before a notary so that it is fair and legal for everyone. Please note that if you bought more than 1 entry they are all accounted for but only one email will be sent. The date of the draw will be announced shortly.

If this is happening to you they will most likely try to contact you to arrange a new delivery or a pick-up. Otherwise, the order will be returned to us and we will issue you a refund as soon as it arrives back to our warehouse.

Unfortunately shipments outside of the EU can incur duty charges. If you do not want to pay these fees you can reject them and the items will be sent back to us - once it reaches us we will issue you a refund. You can read more information in our shipping T&Cs here
