General access to the Black Friday campaign will start on TUESDAY 26st at 21:00 (CET). Users with the early access password will be able to access one hour earlier, at 20:00 (CET) on the same day.

To get early access for TUESDAY at 20:00 (CET) you will need to fill out this form.

It is possible that orders placed during the next two weeks may experience some delays. Our logistics warehouse will do everything possible to meet the established times.

The only time you will be able to use an additional discount code is during early access, where you can enjoy an extra 5% discount.

During the week of Black Friday no additional discounts can be applied to those already offered. However, gift cards can be used.

Only during Black Friday until the end of Christmas, we'll provide a extended period for exchanges and returns. From November 26st to January 16nd, as long as it complies with the return and exchange policy regarding the quality and condition of the items.
